I. Refund conditions
- Product quality problems: If the underwear you received has quality problems such as damage, stains, and the size is seriously inconsistent with the product description, you can apply for a refund within 7 natural days after receiving the product. Clear photos or videos of the product problems must be provided as proof.
- Wrong delivery/missing delivery of goods: If we cause the wrong delivery or missing delivery of goods due to operational errors, you can apply for a refund within 7 natural days after receiving the goods. We will bear all responsibilities and process a full refund for you.
- Refund Application Process
- Submit an application: Log in to your Saddler BigData inc website account, enter the “Order Details” page, click the “Apply for Refund” button, select the reason for the refund, fill in the relevant information as required, and upload the necessary credentials (such as photos of quality problems, comparison pictures of wrongly sent products, etc.).
- Waiting for review: We will review your refund application within 24-48 hours after receiving it. During the review period, you can view the review progress on the order page.
- Return processing (if applicable): If the review is passed, we will provide you with a return address and return logistics order number entry for the return situation. Please choose regular logistics to send the goods back within 3 natural days after receiving the review notification, and fill in the correct logistics order number in the system.
- Refund review and processing
- Review standards: We will review the application and credentials you submitted in strict accordance with the refund conditions. For applications that cannot provide valid credentials, products that do not meet the secondary sales standards or exceed the prescribed time limit, we will not pass them, and inform you of the review results through internal messages, text messages or emails.
- Refund processing: Within 1-3 working days after receiving your returned goods (if return is involved) and acceptance is correct, or within 1-3 working days after confirming that there is no need to return the goods (such as product quality problems, wrong delivery/missing delivery, etc.), we will refund according to your original payment method.
